    • Will you solve anything?

      In our experience with hundreds of sessions so far, we have been able to provide a solution to most problems, even when we did not have direct expertise on a specific system or framework. This is may seem counterintuitive, but it's because we have strong computer science foundations that allow us to understand the underlying concepts even if we do not know the specific implementation. Also, because often the solution has to do with how we think about the problem, not the problem itself. In those things, we are excellent.

    • What if you are not able to fix my problem?

      No problem, we will refund your money. So far we have never had to do that because we are so good (and not take on problems we know we cannot solve).

    • I don't have a problem per se, but I need an expert opinion on something. Can you help?

      We are glad that your uptime is not suffering! We are also available to conduct code or architecture reviews to help you take your software to the next level.

    • What if I need ongoing support?

      We offer retainer packages that allow you a specific allocation of hours each month, at a discount rate. We can work on a regular schedule where we meet every week at the same date/time or on-demand. Contact us to discuss your needs.

    • How do sessions work?

      Sessions are conducted via screen sharing. We begin by understand the context of your work and the specific issue and continue to solve it. We are most efficient when you allow us to remotely control your screen but if you are more comfortable, we can also instruct you on each step to take.

    • How does payment work?

      We accept payments with Stripe. Upon booking a session, we authorize the minimum charge. After the session is concluded, we charge you with the minimum charge or the total amount of minutes times the charge per minute, whichever is greater.
